That's pretty slick.. no way i'd pay $200 for it, but it does look cool..

 

As Tearabite said, no way 200 bucks for this!

but cool header and good colors.

It looks too old and some parts don't fit ( footer part )

Try make some kinda frame or something.

I think it still needs some work. The footer looks out of place, for one thing. I personally loathe light text on dark backgrounds, as well. Depends who you're selling it to, I guess.
