    The website is smooth but the loading time is on the higher side. The shopping cart seems to be not working. It goes to a 404 page.

    One thing I would improve on would be the about us page. I would suggest adding images related to your product instead of just a paragraph that no one wants to read. Imagine a potential customer wants to purchase your product, however, he also want to make sure he's giving his hard earned money to the right people. So he goes to your about us page just to see a bland paragraph that took no more than five minutes to create. What will that say about you not only as a company, but as a brand? Many people tend to over look this page because many find it useless. However, it can give the customers on the fence that extra push to purchase your product.
