Its just a regular squeeze page, what are you trying to achieve?

 

I want to know if it looks 'secure' and that people who REALLY want to lose weight will be interested in joining my membership site. If not, I will add in more testimonials and maybe a more 'revealing fitness'(NOT nude) picture of myself

It's a fat loss membership package? If you mean why the name? I chose that because I want a fat loss program so simple and flexible so that regardless of one's timetable and schedules, he/she will still be able to keep to the program easily and continue burning fats constantly

 

It looks like a standard out-of-the-box squeeze page, so I don't know how "secure" people will find that. I've read over some of the content and I think you need to work on grammar/spelling in some areas (overall it's okay though).

 

To start you need to change that header: definitely you need something profesional.
