    The menu is really bad.. the font seems broken and it affects eye

    yeah, the menu or navigation bar is not centered and the letter is very small. Even the title or header is not good. Also the font of letter is too small. Try to consider the verdana font at size 10. It maybe hard to read by others. The footer link is unreadable, make some changes on their font color.
