It has a very nice, unique look. Love the page header. The only criticism I would have would be that the thumbnails are distorted for some reason. Otherwise, good job.
Love the concept of the site, hope it will produce some great talents. But the template should be more effect, fun, some talent

Hi, My 2 cents : 1) Make sure you let people know what your website is about. So far I could not figure out...Write a clear statement like : Here you can post your talents ! 2) It took me awhile to load your page and I surf the web high speed. It could be a temporary issue but remember the surfers are not very patient with slow servers...At least I am not. Cheers and good luck !

I like the design alot. The only think I don't like are the CD's in the menu wich change gradient when you hover them. Get another image their .
Maybe just delete the CD's and place vertical borders between the menu options and make the text change color by hovering, you should test it out and decide yourself what you like best.
Your logo makes me think the site should be X Have Talents because the person is spread out like an X. Do you have a person outline more resembling an I more like the guy on the mic, to recolor and go first?
Think it a spot on topic for current environment - design looks ok - if pos I woul dmake it look a bit fresher.
