    Dose anyone have any recommendations for a review system, i want to make where people can post scripts for short films and other can rate/review it.

    any recommendations on scripts for the back end??

    Any cms can do that. Check Joomla or drupal.

    why dont you try joomla?

    you can try joomla with a joomla comment component
