Pretty cool. I'd probably show more songs per each page if I were you. Right now you have 5 (http://songup.net/songs.php) I'd probably show 10. It will make each page look fuller and also it will open more space on the side to put another banner ad, which will make each page look fuller and more appealing.
In my opinion, you need a more appealing logo that fills up more space, and have a slider somewhere on the homepage that displays the top songs that are being listened to/downloaded on your site. It will add some interactiveness to your visitors' experience.
