    Hi,

    Appreciate a few reviews on the , "First Site" in signature. Speed, colors, content or whatever strikes you.

    Thanks

    Checking in IE8 it's not wrapping correctly (1280x1024), it is getting the navigation pushed under.

    The images, like the title logo, look a bit too low quality and make the site look bad. The top looks spammy and again not aligned correctly on my screen.

    SEO: The main keyword is 'very funny videos.very funny pics' which isn't in the domain name or title (it's a typo - the dot should be a comma, but could be a major issue). Whatever SEO you have done is a pretty good job though.

    You mainly just need to clean it up for cross browser and resolution support.

    @Azzaboi,

    Welcome to Digital Point

    I had no Idea this was happening in IE8, but it seems neither did a host of other website owners. An article I read IE8 Big Problem! Not displaying site properly. Seems it may be a boycott for IE8 brewing due to webmasters having a hard time getting their sites to work in IE8. Force them to render sites like FireFox and Chrome.

    Changed the period to a comma-Good Eye!

    Trying out a few Higher Res. Headers and Images in the near future, previously had them toned down due to page loading and such on shared hosting. Wordpress and php works the server enough.

    Thanks

    Yeah I'm like that too, hate large image sizes which slow down the website. Just work on different copies of the same image and checking which is best quality over size.

    You can get away with heavily reducing your image size without any noticable quality loss, by saving in different formats (jpg, png, gif, etc), reducing the colour patterns (32bit to 8bit or 256 colour, etc), using Image Optimizer/Crushers, and adding transparency background (this is counted as nothing in filesize), etc.

    Lots of programs out there for that or just use PhotoShop Save As for the web and reduce to 80% quality.

    I agree with azzaboi in that the main header image appears very low quality. That is followed by a long google add. Is that necessary?
    I do love the comment tabs that you have as that ads another perspective.
    Also the site ranks very highly with Alexa ranking of around 108,000. Well done.
