Great Design! i wish you must change that Brown color to something like Greyish other wise it looks well-design.

The design is ok but I think you should consider using some brighter colors, and the
text in your header looks pixelated.

 

It could be my browser, but your banner is not visible. Its a nice opt in page, you may want to add some very very small links at the bottom to add content to the site if you try to use PPC for traffic. You don't really want people to click on them, only to help with your quality score.

 

I got the same issue I cannot see you top banner logo. Color is alright but If I where you I would do some testing with color use on your site. But overall a good start.
