I believe the website name is very long making it hard to remember. Also you might wanna consider making the call to action more pronounced. Currently, you have just that contact form at the bottom of the page. I don`t know if it`s just me but this full-white clean layout is very painful to my eyes Hope I could help.
4.5 out of 5 stars. What would help if each image on the index page could be enlarged and maybe have a description of when the pic was taken, the baby's name, etc. It would make your index page more personable.
