    Nice site.... for me, it looks like a blogging site...
    I would say, Home page needs information about what site is about....
    Also Banner/header pic changes on every page... and its not related to the content of site (I mean SEO)
    so think about a different banner....
    These are just friendly suggestions

    I can load the site fine.
    It looks pretty standard.
    I think more pictures is better.
    Kind of dull now.
