Pretty nice.
I'm missing a favicon.
Three adsense scripts next to eachother does not look that good.
The website is a bit messy, not that easy to navigate to find the content you're looking for.

Nice site overall, I agree with Wulkan91 the adsense is a punch in the eye, change font.

 

I would move your topic tag cloud up to be under the existing right column content.

 

i like the layout its very modern, i can imagine you will get a good CTR once you sort the font out
