review required. Site violates Google's quality guidelines

    my site was working well till 31 Dec. 2010.
    stats shows avg hits before the above stated date are 4k unique per day. from 1st of Jan, 2011. traffic going down day by day and now stats records only 500 per day.
    i request to reconsideration of my site but reply said "Site violates Google's quality guidelines". pleas advise me what are the problems in site that are violating quality guidelines. here is my site. http://models-hq.com

    Are you sure the images on your site is not copyrighted?

    i suggest to review google webmaster guildeines.. you might violate something there..

    But lot of sites are using similar images. Almost all are working fine except of me.
    Any other suggestions pleas...
