    looks very professional, although a bit darker font color for text might be useful. Text might be more readable.

    I really like it - just nit picking you could move the header banner to the right a bit (to make it more central) and also make the sitemap links at the bottom a little more graphical to fit the design of the site. Other than that a nice site (if a little busy and possibly image heavy).
