I like the design but the header graphic needs to be changed. The thought bubble is just too much, when creating images try to keep the effects at a minimum.

Nice calm color scheme you have there, suits your site

For your site's name, I would enlarge the font and make it bold so it's more legible

 

Yeah, I'll work on bolding/enlarging the letters.
