Review redesign of nutrition website

    Well I finally got off my lazy butt and updated a site I built about 8 years ago. I'm trying to keep it clean, easy to navigate and functional. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

    the site could use some fresh images and color. It's a pretty basic design and also pretty edgy some round corners could also help.

    Did you use tables to create the structure of the site?
