This is the latest manifestation of this site and I was curious what you all thought about. Any feedback/suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks!

I think that I may need some background before I can review. What is a favicon? What is you intention with the site?

A favicon is the icon that appears in your browsers addressbar as a small graphic icon before the address. It's a small icon usually seen back in your favourites folder and accessible on domain.com/favico.ico.

I assume the website is mean't for webmasters to advertise on. They can buy a pixel, in this case a favicon and let it link to their own website. It's a pretty popular concept though I haven't seen a favico alternative yet.

As for the website itself, I would make the favicon field larger (more favicons) and get a lighter background instead of black. Currently, the effect created is seeing a white area on a black ground. Not that convenient I say.

Nice idea but design could be more beautiful and make favicons bigger.

Thank you everyone very much for your feedback.

Question: The favicons are the actual size.
Are they difficult to click on?

Comment: I need to create an About page.
One for favicons and one for the site.

Question: In general, is there a one color that works
    better than another for backgrounds?
I originally had white and I'm trying black now.

    Thanks!

I like the idea. I can see why the favicons are that size, so I'd leave them be. I would though, work a bit on the other parts of the page.

The text on the part to the left of the favicon grid, needs to be smoother and slicker. The text above the grid also needs changing in my view.

I wish you all the best with it.

Yeah, kind of. But I'd still keep them the actual size now that I understand the concept. It'll look really cool once you fill up the grid.

Pixel sites made a pretty good run about 2 years ago. Wish you the best.
