Look & feel is very good. I am giving 9 out of 10.

 

I think it was good for a personal site

 

I find it very useful

 

Whte colors looks good around the theme and its aligned good too. Just one small suggestion if there is no blog roll used remove that from sidebar.

 

Looks great. A short message about the service would help. Maybe you could add a favicon to each page. I did start to register and found the link to "User Agreement" does not work. Do you permit url's to be added and is the whole site indexed? The title metatag needs an s on State.

I really like this site and you have ads listed. A few of the pictures not showing here which spoils some of the listing.
