I get about 5,000 uniques a day, and it only generates a few dollars in adsense every day.

Also have adsense on the forum board which has 20,000+ members with over 600,000+ posts.

Currently generates $3-4 a day. Anyone willing to help?

Instead of putting the first ads as a column, do as a leader board or something. It looks better that way. Not sure about revenue though because Im quite new to adsense!

You may want to try some different ad formats on the header, add ads to the footer and a link ad after one of your posts.

Place all of the content text in the right blank area to your ad for better blending.

I see you are getting some Ads which are not related to your site in any ways, you can try black listing them

Ads has been placed perfectly :D

Just to add - Love your Design and Header part :D

Alright, re-adjusted some things, added a full banner on the header, and an ad after the first news post. Anything else left to do?

For the 250 x 250 ad block in your content area, move the text to the right of it for better mixing.
