    One thing I might try is making the gray ad block look more like your checkbox list.

    you have got nice design. just try to pu up a large rectange below the check boxes and dont use red color just make that similar to check box text colors!

    Looks nice and clea. Replacing the white side background color with something light will look great.

    For the 2nd adsense ad unit, try a smaller size.. or a different adsense size
