Review our website hosting site

I'd like to get some reviews on our website hosting site, we recently went through a design upgrade and we have started using WHMCS.

The site is built in WordPress and uses WHMCS, too. Our aim was speed, so we hope it loads fairly quickly - I'd like comments on everything, if possible, navigation, effectiveness, the logo, overall design and so on. I look forward to the comments!

very professional looking - maybe something to say why people should go with you, eg you have better customer service or you specilaise in wordpress or whatever makes you stand out amongst the others...

 

Thank you, and that is a good idea. We are focusing on our 100% uptime guarantee or credit if we're down, but we will be sure to focus on other aspects. Our support is good, we tend to reply within 20 minutes.

 

try to lessen the height of the image/slider on top because:
1. it slow down the loading of your site.
2. features and prices should be above the fold!

why not Sign up now and get a 3 day free trial!

by the way, I did not even see the word or button "Sign up now" on the link provided (http://www.portal.d3tek.net/cart.php?a=add&pid=4)

additional comment: why 3 days free trial only??? I don't think a potential client can see how fast are your servers within the 3 day trial period. why not make it perhaps a week or a 10 day. just a suggestion.

 

Thank you, we were unsure about the 3 day free trial, so we have no upped it to a 5 day free trial and I've also changed the text on the home page!

The first two points are good and we will take them into consideration. Speed isn't an issue at the moment, our page loads speeds are incredible

The copy is terrible. Welcome appears 3 times, why? We 11 times. It's all about what the customer gets, not about you.

 

this is nice one and design is good.

 

Put some example plans with price at dedicated server section, instead of that contact form.

 

Its having very good layout and colors are good you should have better price box and better logo for your hosting site

 

i like the simplicity... just add a bit more content id say

 

Overall good.

 

Just now tried to visit the URL, got a standard Apache directory listing page, showing just a cgi-bin folder.

 

Where is the site?
