I love the design personally!
The articles could be bigger maybe and the adsense on the right is too obvious
and the first sponsored link is beautiful

 

Your adsense on top right i think its not suitable. place some ads on your contents. You colour is glittering.

I like the sites so much.

 

I really like the blue gradient boxes you've used! The orange/blue color scheme is also very web 2.0

suggestion: for your adsense banner on the right top corner, maybe remove the border for better blending? Maybe a better CTR?
