HolyInsomniac, it is an original design not a template. We will be adding a left side bar this weekend and shrinking the content area size so we will have 200px then 580 px then another sidebar to the right at 200px, this should help lower resolution screens and we will add super-cache to speed up the site.
Like the design - crisp and clean. Assuming you have a decent monetization strategy, you should do well.
Thanks Fish. Monetization won't begin for another 6 months. I'm an avid believe in building content then letting advertisers in. We are also adding a left size bar and shrinking the size to 200 px (left sidebar) 580px (Content Area) then 200px (Right sidebar) in the next week or so.
Fanatical, will you be going full screen with the 3 columns? I am asking because I have a similar design and currently can't make up my mind if I want to remain at full screen width or bring the content to around 85% width.
Salvi, perhaps reading the post first would have helped, we are going to be shrinking the width this week, and adding a left side column. Definitely not installing a whole new theme, this is not a bulk theme, it's a copyrighted theme owned by our fanatical network conglomerate of sites. Holy Insomniac. Yes we are going to 3 columns (left side adsense and ads convert better and are more popular). However we will be keeping it to 200px, 580px and 200px respectively. If a user doesn't have at least 980px on their screen they aren't the demographic we are targeting (high tech users of high tech devices).
