    You need a professional logo. Probably rest of the site has been provided by the main hosting company so no need to comment on their script. Meta informations are missing.

    Yeah I concur, a new logo would definitely be worth investing some time!

    The other thing, if you can, would be to maybe try and make your "online chat" popup that comes on screen be a bit more discreet/blend into the page a bit better. I found it quite distracting and it looked like an Advertisement, but it looks like you're just trying to help your customers out-- so you should definitely keep this element as part of the page but maybe try to make it look less like an ad!

    It's ok. New logo I agree, but the site isn't it like any other hosting site?

    I think should have a differential, I can not spend more the 30 seconds looking at it. Other thing, get rid off the pop banner, it's very scary!

    looks ok. I second the professional logo. PLUS, might just be me, but Paypal only payments puts me off for web hosting. I'd want a big company that can take any CC.

    I like the site and the logo. But what that woman is doing right there? You are a hosting provider, not a dating agency... Change it to some computer or similar...

    Another thing - too much info everywhere. I do not know where the most important things are. Make them more significant, and others - not so.
