    We have been around since 2003 but we recently got our site design overhauled, and we always appreciate feedback about what you like or think we could improve on.

    IMHO your site color is a bit gloomy.
    Perhaps a sharp/strong color with quite graphics and/or play of typography(colour,layout position) could increase the "energy" of your web & service. :)

    It still looks like a 2003 design i am afraid,the image looks outdated i think if you changed that the site would look much better.

    Background color is so dark, I think you could change it and your site would be look better.
