    About layout and design:
    Why are you using this picture: crimescenecleanup.png under the heading? Is it really that hard to just do the same thing in html + css?

    Looks good and quite rank able - however the first page took some time to load.
    Another thing - You have spelled "Home" as "Homee" on every page. I'd look into that.

    Visually it's awful, the heading is cut off, there's random use of serif and non-serif fonts.

    Whoever built the site doesn't even know the basics of what goes in <head> and what goes in <body>

    The repetitive text and bad grammar make the page a nightmare to read. I appreciate that you think you're creating landing for each district but there has to be a more human-friendly way of doing this. I'm not even sure that google will reward your efforts.

    Your complete lack of empathy for your clients is astounding. "The blood and disgusting elements" might be their daughter or parent and you've just said it's disgusting. Find someone with experience in dealing with these people to write your copy and sack whoever is doing it now.
