Ask me,put a logo and a few tweaks would make the site look more professional. The idea of the site is very sleek,like I said a bit customization and that should set it right.
I think you need to put more info on the home page about what the purpose of the site is. It's really just another advertising tool - paid links gone bad surely? My two main concerns would be that I get penalised for having paid links - even if I choose the free option I end up in a bad neighbourhood because there is nothing to prevent my link ending up on a page with "nasties"
