Review on my new acne site please

The one thing that stuck me was your logo felt like a spam banner rather than something that strikes out as me. What about something cleaner such as:

My initial impression is it looks a little under done. I realize it's new and will get more meat on it's bones as time goes on but just giving you my first impression. Like too many empty "Advertise Here" buttons. Fill those in with something, even if they're not sold. Just my thoughts.

 

I reckon once you get some content it would look fantastic. I've never been a fan of adsense, especially when it is horizontal near the top of the page. Personally I thin it would look better as a sidebar on the right

 

I would say the best thing you can do at this point is write a lot more content. The site is pretty sleek and should suffice.

 

The site is not bad, I agree with what DansTuts said in regards to your header,
and I think you should add some graphics into the body of the page.

You mean move the ads to the sidebar of right ?

Honestly, your site is very neat and clean. However, it's not a sin to jazz up a little your site's design to attract your targeted online visitors.

 

for me i wont expect too much as it is a blog site which contantly changes content and importantly content so I would just advise a cleaner logo

Any cleaner than what he has now will just be text? I'm a little confused how a logo can be cleaner than whats currently on the site.
