Review on my logos

Have listed the logos i designed for my new site.

Would appreciate some reviews.

It is basically going to market offshore design and development services in IT and IT enabled services industry.

Let me know if some new approach is needed in designing the logo.

is kinda forex and stock logo not IT service

 

No 1 looks like a kiddies nursery

No 2 reminds me of shares/stocks

No 3 is just not nice, it takes a little moment to see past the dart

No 4 makes me think foreign exchange or worldwide stock exchange

Not sure which you want to portray, but none say IT-related to me, sorry.

Actually well done logos though, just not really what you need.

 

I dont think any of them really target the topic of your logo

the fourth one is my favourite but really good for your purposes

For the third one I would put "On Targe Solutions" instead of the "Winning Solutions".
