Let me write whole story first. I was on ASO medium package for last 20months. But due to server load problem, i need to choose different hosting. After chatting with various hosting providers, i decided to go with hostingdispatch, as that guy "Dylan" was quite cooperative during presales. He offered me from this fourm only. For first 4-5days, i had many problems but he fixed all. Then for 2-3weeks i had no problems. Then my site was offline for 3days due to their server problem. he told me they had a large ddos attack. Then my site was back and again after 2 days offline. He told me that one warez site hosted on same server is under investigation and i can't access my database/cpanel until invertigation is over. He offered me to shift me on hosting-shack.com and then no reply of email after that mail and even i cant get him online and many of his staff left him. i kept asking him via email regarding restoring my site with 3days old backup but he didnt reply. So finally i decided to dump him and transffered my site to another hosting [review of which i'll post after 2months- i hope it'll be positive review.] So if you get any exciting offers from hostingdispatch or hosting-shack, don't jump into.
