Overall, it is looking good. Thumbnails can be made little more small. Add some more content to each tidbit.

 

I clicked a post to continue reading and it directs me to another website. I would suggest you to focus on creating contents instead of simply directing to another.

 

I like the clean design, I suggest you to have a header instead of the ad banner.

 

This is the purpose of the site,sending traffic to webmasters,the site don't have any content it simply like visitors to to the content source,is similar to 2leep.com

 

overall look is good. But i think font is a little bit larger. I think much better if you make thumbnails and font smaller.
