Lose the stupid ****ing popup, that alone is going to make users close the tab before even proceeding to the site since it screams "let us spam you before you even know what we are".

Site itself has several sections of illegible colour contrasts (like the black on blue areas), illegible absurdly undersized fixed metric fonts, a pathetically broken attempt at being responsive, little if anything in the way of graceful degradation, serif fonts compromising legibility on screen media (serif is for print, sans is for screen -- say it with me; serif is for print, sans is for screen!), changes font-size and face willy-nilly compromising "flow", and in general reeks of a utter and complete ignorance of accessibility norms.

Was painful to watch load -- at 2.4 megabytes in 48 separate files that's hardly a shock, in handshaking ALONE that's 8 seconds "real world average" and as much as 40 seconds worst case regardless of connection speed "first-load". So much of that is pointless images that seem to have nothing to do with the topic, that's the first place I'd be swinging the axe.

It further fails miserably at accessibility in terms of graceful degradation, of which it has none. The gibberish use of numbered headings, little if anything remotely resembling semantic markup... See the endless pointless DIV for nothing, endless pointless classes for nothing, ID on elements that shouldn't need ID's, pairing of numbered headings when you aren't opening subsections, low order headings before you even have a h1, clearing breaks like it's still 2003, and general ignorance of what HTML is and how to use it.

Do yourself and the world a favor, pitch that entire mess in the trash, get someone to work on it who actually knows how to use HTML and CSS properly, has at least a passing familiarity with the WCAG to build the site properly.
