Ahh I saw vista in your banner :D.

Add more categories and forum, one could get bored if he keeps posting in the same few forums.

At the 3 stats box down there(birthday, visitor stat), put the "who is online" box the top among those 3.

Finally, reduce the space from the header to the first forum(tip: visitors don't like scrolling) :D

i think there is too much dead space at the top of the forum. Eliminate the ad so that we can see the categories. the search tool is also a bit too small imo. . .Add categories as the site grows and reorganize then.

suzybakeoven; The theme of the forum is .. general ;D
    it's a general forum.
locomotion; thank you. i might move some things, i'll test it out and see how it works before and if i make that public

I'll consider moving the advert.. though i dunno where i'd put it... i tried putting it in the main header and it sort of fucked it up so i moved it there.

The forum has been open less than a month and here are my statistics:

    Posts per day: 17.44
    Topics per day: 1.98
    Users per day: 2.48

Is that good for a forum which has been open for less than a month?

when I go online I look for something specific i.e. if I wanted advice on partenting, I might nor ask this on this forum b/c this one's about ad revenue

Try reorganizing around a specific niche. You'll get more readership that way.

Well my 'niche' is generally society, things to do with social issues, politics, religion, sexuality and life in general; this separates me from most 'general' sites which are 'talk about what ever the fuck you want' heh. :D

Ah! To everyone who told me to move the Advertisement as it gets in the way, I've made it so if you register, the advertisement goes away.
I've put a link under the advert saying "REMOVE THESE ANNOYING ADS?" and it links to the registration page.

    A little incentive, I guess.
