Your web site looks clean and concise for me. Anyway I really don't know what your sevice is until I click your FAQ. WHY do you have to hide such detail inside? Provide more detail in your home page because this is the first page that will stumble the visitor's eyes.
Beside all mentioned by lovebiz, I think your site is looking like ordinary business theme with santa logo, better make it more fancy and cheerful as x'mas theme
