Hi all, So i'm really new at this and i'm hoping i can make a few bucks with adsense... There are 2 things I'm currently trying. AdSense for Domains: http://www.demons-souls2.com http://www.fakelvbags.com For now, these will stay parked and i'm hoping to have them indexed in google. I think my keywords are pretty good and the domain names are kind of attractive... Everyone knows about fake louis vuitton bags and Demon's Souls is a really popular PS3 games... i'm hoping a sequel will be produced so i grabbed the domain (not that the official website is demons-souls.com) The other thing i'm trying is a blogspot site with the following domain: http://www.fakejuicy.com This blogspot is google adsense for content enabled... Right now, the ads seems to make no sense... 1st, i want opinions... What do you guys think? I'm i starting this correctly? Is there anything i can do better (I know, the blogspot is kind of lame right now, but i'm planning to make it better). I've looked on google thread for my keywords... now, they aren't super used, but they are and i prefer starting on the low side then competing with the big guns, for now.... So, any comments or feedback is welcomed!! Thanks
For fakejuicy, just what is the site supposed to be? Clothing? Jewelry? If it's a style, you need to help Google out by generalizing more and putting those words in your site (like bags, jewelry, clothing, etc.). You really need to create more pages instead of putting up ads. Ask yourself why would a visitor want to go to a site with nothing on it? Why would they want to return? You need to create something of value.
1. your ad should blend in: currently it has a white background with blue links. create a red background with link color similar to the blog links color. 2. you need many more categories - maybe categories of the JC items, such as "hand bags", "tops", etc. 3. you need a lot more content for the ads to start making sense. 4. post lots of pictures!
Thanks for the feedback guys! It's just starting and i'm in no rush... I want to experiement actually. I'm also hoping to sell my domains at some point... Should I mention that somewhere in the site? Also... i've noticed that the more page impressions i'm getting, the lower the eCPM gets... is that normal? Thanks guys!
