Looks professional. If you like create a facebook fan page, and add that badge to website, so people can interact. And if you can add site links in the footer.
Loads quickly, colors are good. I think you could work on your sidebar. It looks a bit too "wordpressey" if that makes sense. Maybe some more dynamic looking links. I think the shadow of the font in your header graphic is too much. Tone it down a bit.
