I just finished the design of 75Direct.com for a client who wanted to setup a new skate, ski and surf shop using Amazon. I appreciate any constructive feedback on the site.

    Gday again Pure,

Mate i love the store, this is a real showcase site to what the E4E store can do. The graphics are great and very well themed for the genre of store. color selection is great. Menu is very fluid and easy to navigate. Ok that was the good now for the bad, Get rid of the adsense block on the right! new sites do not need this and in my own opinion arnt needed until either you are receiving high traffic or if your making no money from your affiliate program.

I never like using the amazon logo on my sites, i feel that when people see that, they either go to amazon thinking it will have more products, not realizing everything on amazon could probably be located via the script on the site.

I also think that on niche sites you need to get rid of all that other crap, kitchenware, pc, healthware all that shite that is not related to your niche, especially on the homepage.

I LOVE the tagline, "For source for your daily grind", very well suited.

On product description pages, I prefer to have the larger image shown as 99 times out of 100 the person will load the larger image to review product. Maybe this is not set to keep bandwidth down on your servers i dont know.

Without fully reviewing your scripts or what functions you can control it hard to comment on this but the "more info" button on the product page, it sends you straight to the amazon product page, do you have the option of a remote cart similar to aom? I guess this stems from my likeness of making the viewer feel that I am the merchant, and that its not until the last second that most realize that they will be paying through amazon. might sound crazy but after testing different models, i found up to a 20% increase in conversions when doing this.

90% of the products on amazon will not have a youtube video review of the item? If I was running the script I would not run this component. Maybe you can make the keyword more broard related to the niche rather than the products, just for some entertainment value for the viewer.

Get rid of the related product page, my experience goes that amazon product relation algorithm needs work.

My humble opinion mate, but style is superb on that site.

ps. you owe me a pm.

TeMpTaTe, thank you for the review. It's fair and honest. We're not totally finished with the site as yet. I'd remove the google ads, but the site is brand new, and getting revenue for the site owner is high priority right now. The other categories are going to also be removed, so it'll only be what you see up top in the menu. The menu has been touched up since I first posted this thread.

The client will soon be taking over and adding in all of their original content, so I'm looking forward to how the site will continue to change. I agree with you, our graphics artist did an awesome job, on this style, and I think it shows that we're diverse and flexible. I think the next site we're working on is gonna be dope. Just an fyi, you were mentioning the amount of video reviews that would be available, take a look at how it's implemented on OrderItOnTheWeb.com , the majority of products actually do have related videos. It's especially great for selling music, dvds, books and tools.

    pm sent btw.

    Happy Selling!,
