Please review my new website http://www.adspace-auctions.com which allows website owners to sell ad space on their websites directly to advertisers in an auction fashion.

What do you think about the functionality and the design? Do you find the website useful and appealing?

    Any suggestions/criticisms are welcomed.

Looks pretty good, although the current trend is to have big, readable text and yours looks a tad bit small.

The text is way too small.

Your "Help" needs help. Random characters are mixed in with the text.
Your "Help" and "FAQ" are lacking.
Who verifies that all the info on the ad auctions is accurate?
How does a buyer confirm that a site actually has 100 uniques or 500 pageviews a day?
How does a buyer ask a seller a question?
How does someone pay/get paid for an auction?
There are many more questions people will have. Go to eBay and look at their "Help" section for ideas.

According to your T&C on the site, your not responsible for anything, guarantee nothing, have no control of whether the transaction is completed, but if fraud occurs "we will assist you as much as we can". This is not a very compelling T&C to make someone want to join and pay you for the service.

Is there any sort of fraud prevention in place? It only takes a couple people getting ripped off to kill your site. Stories of bad experiences travel fast. People like to complain. Especially if they lose money.

I think I will do, how long has this site been online? Just wondering about the size of audience it will attract.
