    The forum has a nice theme and the content is good but it looks incomplete, there is
    a blank space in header, you should fill that space with a graphic and a logo.

    Yes you do need a nice looking logo and perhaps a little slogan under it. Also your icon legend on the homepage i think you should have the icons going accross instead of down. For example.

    [***] Forum Contains New Posts [****] Forum Contains No New Posts [****] Forum is Closed for Posting

    Also, think about updating your vBulletin version to the latest version. You have more features and a more goodies. :)

    Perhaps, make the URL's more SEO friendly with a vbulletin hack or use VBSEO for more features.

    Work on getting more traffic and perhaps put up a poll on your forum or make a thread to ask your members for there suggestions to make the forum better since it's brand new. Get some feedback from your first batch of new and hopefully loyal members.
