    with my website can download and save video from YouTube . ( i convert Youtube video to 3GP for mobile phone )

    Nice idea! Make subscribers list and allow them enter search string for youtube.com. After you robot get something new, it could send mail to users, where they get new video from youtube :) This is good for people who is busy and couldn't enter string every day.
