    Personally i don't like pop up.
    make it single banner under the footer.
    but you have great list of videos there.

    The theme is too dark and the header is very simple and plain.But has nice collections of videos and buffering was quite fast.

    That scroll is hard to read. I realize you can read it when you mouse over the videos but its strain to read when staring at the screen.
