i think the problem is that i hosted it in mochahost. need to earn first before I can transfer it to other great hosting server.
what do you mean? I beleive this is a hosting issue. mochahost, cause it's cheap. Need sponsors for my theme first before I can transfer the whole site.
you are initially showing up the footer widgets on bottom of the browser window, which makes the feel that the page ends there. The user will never scroll down to see the bottom content. Also, the user has to scroll down to see "What We Do" section which is important section in the website. As told by others, moving the top header is also not good.
Thank you for the comment, I am going to improve this theme and re-post the Template sponsorship post after the improvement. But as for this, there is a built-in option where you can turn it off.

Looks very nice, I'm impressed. Especially since it's done with only javascript and no falsh. Good job!
It's definitely a modern looking design. I like the What We Do, Latest Posts, and Footer sections. However, I don't like how the menu follows you as you scroll down. I think it should remain static at the top. Other than that, looks great! Good luck!
The design is pretty clean but the Header is really confusing. It drops down as you scroll half way through the page but doesn't follow any further. I would make it follow the scrolling by keeping it consistently along the top as you make your way towards the bottom of the page. Or, disable it. It's kind of confusing right now.
