Review my weight loss site

hi,

Could anyone give me an honest and educated review of my website http://www.weightloss-meal-plans.com/ . I have several problems I need to solve:

1) My adsense click trough rate is only 2%
2) My bouce rate is about 80%

Could you tell me where is the problem? Design? Adsense placement? Articles? Keywords...etc...

CTR is fine, Well, Based on your alexa rank, you are the only person that are visiting your site for posting and other stuff. Thats why you have 80% bounce rate...

 

Really? 2% is fine???

What do you mean I'm the only one visiting the website? I have 600 visits per month so far, and I still think the bounce rate is too high!

2% CTR is more than decent, but you only realize that when you get to 0.3%

However according to different sources it should be between 4 to 8% minimum to be decent.

Reduce the ads inside posts. Let the homepage clean, but you can put the ads in blogpost page/inner page.
