Slow loading, non-responsive mobile unfriendly fixed width layout, illegible undersized fixed metric fonts will leave accessibility users diving for the zoom, and the blue of some of your links is too light to be on the white background -- basically that's called the "trifecta of /FAIL/" at web design as those are the three top mistakes in terms of making a website useless to visitors. Stylistically the inconsistent paddings and placements of elements makes things feel just thrown together any old way. The background on your rounded corners (which seem to be done with images, this is 2015, STOP THAT) doesn't match the page background so that looks like rendering errors, and if you are going to fix the width that narrow that right sidebar with the content de-indent just looks like rubbish. Peeking under the hood the first LINE declares much of it's problem -- transitional, the polite way of saying it was built using coding practices "in transition from 1997 to 1998". Tranny is for updating old sites, not building new ones. (Though I say the same thing about the idiotic BS known as HTML 5). Endless pointless DIV for christmas only knows what, endless pointless classes for same, redundant title attributes, non-breaking spaces doing padding's job, paragraphs around single words and non-paragraph content, headings at the END of blockquotes, and scripttardery for nothing.... There's a LOT of work that needs to be done there to bring that up to snuff.
