    The design is great. I would say that also an english version is recommended, but according to what you say (you are doing a local business!), this is NOT required. Now it is the part to make a great SEO for your website. Choose the best LOCAL keywords related to your niche and try to rank on 1st page in Google. Keep your website up! :)

    i would change colors
    it's not a medical web-site so i think it would be great to put here not green colors but more cheerful
    i know a little bit Italien but it would be great to make it in English too
