    the page has too many details and stuff on it, it is really messy be cause of it and it takes a while to load, in addition, the row on the top is ct in firefox.

    try not to use frameset

    i think it stills need a lot of work...

    Need a change of the template. Try a new background color, don't standard white, give a many color more.

    Too much going on here. Streamline and simplify would be my recommendation. At very least get some consistency with the font and text colors and sizes.
