    Looks like your using phpBB with a pretty basic theme. I think you could really improve your logo by having a logo contest here on DP. You can get very nice work done for $10-30. Also, the forum looks like it's not quite that active yet. DP offers some great promotional services that'll help build up your user base. Take advantage of it!

    Just a heads up.

    But on first look my first thought was "what is this forum for?" I don't see any direction or niche.
    "what you need to know about making money online" or what ever your topic is.

    Nice site, Its hard to read text though. Increase the font a little, because on a black background its hard to concentrate..

    It's too hard on the eyes, I would change the colors a bit. Right now it really tires the eyes in a short time, you won;t want that, wont you?

    A bit hard to read on the home page increase the font size, not too bad on the forums. I don't have any problems with your background. You definitely need a logo.
