As soon as I viewed your website I got a large half screen banner telling me that I am viewing with IE6 and should upgrade - I found this very annoying.

Going through your code, I noticed that all your CSS was in your home page rather than in a separate CSS page. Am not sure how much this impacts - but experts seem to say that you should have important info at the top not CSS.

When I tried to find <h1> or <h2> in your source code I couldn't - these are powerful SEO tools. There was also no alt text for the menu options.
