    Your site is good, there is lots of content there i'm sure it will help many. Would be nice if I had a higher Alexa rank in that space of time :p

    The header does not fit in well with the rest of the site,
    I think you should get a more professional theme.

    I want to make a suggestion about the menu. From a designer point of view, the colors are not a good choice. Light-green text on a green background. You got low contrast in there, the eye is not drawn to it. Search for some good color combinations on the web, there are many free tools.
