I Loved the simplisity of if. But a think it better to give an attractive things on it.
Also, It's never to put stats such as alexa, page views, PR.

Yup - looks a pretty clean site. Went thru the content - seems to be of good quality . Well I guess you should target on ur site specific keywords like " How to make money online " , " Online Money making tips " etc. to get your search traffic .

Yeah You are right!! Simply because submission AND soc.bookmark IS all about makin friend on the internet, without it don't expect optimal effect on mass traffict.
When you start blogging TRY manual way (at least that is what I use), because Sometime Simple is THE BEST and manually make some point in it.

try search google with KW "20 best social bookmark" & start follow blog's author argue~ WHY this or that Soc Bookmark would be the BIG 10?

Great ad placement, site has click-able links every where, which make users stay at your site for a while.

 

Nice site overall. I did a quick check of your back-links. Most are from IM forums. Try and diversify your back-links and perform deep back-linking to internal pages. Also you may want to try to silo your categories linking related pages to each other internally. Lastly the key to increasing PR is authority in your niche. I would work on keyword rich article titles using Google's Wonder Wheel for example. A lot of your article titles are generic. Hope that helps!
